answer : controllable benefits are benefits that can be control meanwhile uncontrollable benefits are benefits that cannot be control. 


ya Allah! ape ke susah benau la 1st paper tadi! yang aku beriye hafal tak keluar. yang aku pandang sekali imbas tu keluar plak. sobsobsob... mati laa yang soalan 20 markah aku jawap gitu. semoga encik azdel pandang effort aku gigih menulis walaupun tak taw apa. heee~

      eh.. taklah kak.. ni gambar pas exam laa.. mati kena tangkap kalau amik before exam.. hehe.. haruslah upload gambar first paper kan.. aminn2.. kalau dapat A pon takpe dah.. hehe
